Welcome, C F Spencer & Company Ltd is an independently owned British company founded in 1984 based in the South West of England. We provide a comprehensive marine surveying, marine consultancy and loss adjusting service for Underwriters and Insurers, Protection and Indemnity Cubs, the Marine Industry, the Offshore Industry, the Legal Profession and Marine Civil Engineering disciplines.

The head office is close to Bristol, being within easy reach of major international airports and motorway and rail networks. We are just over one hour by train from London and we regularly attend the Capital to meet our clients.

Our team of full time highly qualified and experienced personnel is committed to providing a first class service to all our clients. This service is both competitive and efficient. C F Spencer and Company have surveyors permanently based throughout the United Kingdom and associates overseas.

We publish "Spencer on Ships" a 346 page book on Modern Commercial Merchant Vessels and Operational Techniques. "Nautical Notes" are published on an occasional basis for a controlled circulation to our clients. We further undertake a variety of lectures to client groups on request.
