Within the permanent staff of C F Spencer & Co we have personnel who have acted as warranty surveyors for major offshore installation projects, from the loadout of modules on to HLV's through to installation offshore.

We are experts within our field and pride ourselves on always looking after both our client interests and the development of the project.

Members of both our permanent staff and subcontractors have acted as client reps, on rig moves in the Danish and Dutch Sectors of the North sea.  Additionally we have carried out audits and inspection during rig moves of the entire operation, reviewing all certification, documentation, procedures, machinery planned maintenance status, etc.
